WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP & PARTICIPATION

Women’s Leadership & Participation

Sustainable change happens when women participate equally in the decisions that shape their lives.

RWRC empowers Roma and Egyptian women to become community leaders, advocates, and active participants in civic and public life. Through leadership development, mentoring, civic education, advocacy, and networking opportunities, we strengthen women's confidence, skills, and capacity to influence local and national decision-making.

We believe that women with lived experience bring valuable perspectives that improve public policies, strengthen democratic institutions, and inspire future generations of leaders. Our vision is a society where Roma and Egyptian women are recognized not only as beneficiaries of change, but as leaders driving it.
