ACCESS TO JUSTICE

Access to Justice

Access to justice is a fundamental human right. Yet many Roma and Egyptian women continue to face discrimination, institutional barriers, and limited access to legal protection.

RWRC supports women in understanding and exercising their rights by providing legal information, referrals, accompaniment, and guidance throughout legal and administrative procedures. We work closely with legal aid providers, protection mechanisms, and public institutions to ensure that survivors receive fair, accessible, and effective support.

At the same time, we advocate for stronger institutional accountability, improved policies, and more responsive public services that protect the rights of Roma and Egyptian women without discrimination.

We believe that justice is not only about legal remedies — it is about restoring dignity, building trust, and ensuring equal rights for every woman.
