ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

Economic Empowerment

Economic independence is one of the strongest foundations for women's empowerment and protection from violence.

RWRC supports Roma and Egyptian women in developing the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to achieve sustainable livelihoods. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, financial literacy, employability programmes, and partnerships with employers and institutions, we help women strengthen their economic resilience and increase their participation in the labour market.

When women have access to decent work and financial security, they are better equipped to make independent decisions, support their families, and actively contribute to their communities. Economic empowerment creates lasting pathways towards dignity, equality, and social inclusion.
