Human Rights & Social Inclusion

Human rights are the foundation of everything we do.

RWRC works to eliminate discrimination and promote equal opportunities for Roma and Egyptian women and girls in education, employment, healthcare, justice, social protection, and public life. Through policy advocacy, research, strategic litigation support, public awareness campaigns, institutional cooperation, and partnerships with civil society, we work to influence lasting systemic change.

We empower women to know their rights, claim them with confidence, and become advocates for equality within their communities. We envision an Albania where every Roma and Egyptian woman and girl lives free from violence and discrimination, participates equally in society, and has the opportunity to reach her full potential.
